By participating in this giveaway promotion ("10-10 Giveaway Promotion"), you agree to abide by the following terms:
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 years or older. Employees of The Giotii Company Limited trading as Photo Scans Ireland and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period
The Promotion begins on March 1, 2024, and ends on April 30, 2024. Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.
Entry Method
Previous customers are provided with a unique discount code which they can share with friends and family. For every successful and complete sale made by a new customer using the code, the referring customer will receive €10. The new customer will receive a 10% discount on their purchase of photo scanning services. Only valid for orders over €179.00.
Prize
New customers will receive a 10% discount on all new orders of photo scanning services. Referring customers receive €10 for each successful and complete sale made by a new customer using the unique referral code. Only valid for orders over €179.00.
Payment Method
Winners will receive their payouts via bank transfer. The company confirms the bank details after the deadline has passed and pays out 7 days later. Please note that bank processing times may vary, and it may take up to 21 days for the payment to reflect in recipients' bank accounts.
Verification Process
The company records all discount codes used in sales and checks analytics for any uses of the discount code to verify eligibility.
Publicity Rights
The company does not require winners to agree to any publicity rights. Customer details or status are not publicised by the company.
Limitation of Liability
The Giotii Company Limited trading as Photo Scans Ireland is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
Cancellation or Modification Policy
The company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time, for any reason.
Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
