We strive everyday to provide high-quality photo scanning services to preserve your precious memories. This policy outlines our approach to returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order before we receive your photos, you will receive a full refund less an order management charge of €45.
- Once we have received your photos, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard refund policy applies.
Refunds
Refunds are considered in the following circumstances:
- Service not provided as described
- Significant delay in service beyond our stated timeframes
- Substantial loss or damage to original photos (subject to our damage policy)

Quality Guarantee
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on our scanning services. If you're not satisfied with the quality of your scans, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your digital images. Where possible, we will re-scan your photos at no additional cost.
Damage Policy
While we take utmost care in handling your photos, please be aware that by using our service, you acknowledge a small risk of potential damage or loss during the scanning process or shipment. Further details can be read in our terms of service.
