At Photo Scans Ireland, we strive to make the photo scanning process as convenient and secure as possible for our valued customers. Below, you will find the details of our shipping procedure to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
We currently only ship to counties in Republic of Ireland; Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork, Donegal, Dublin, Galway, Kerry, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Louth, Mayo, Meath, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary, Waterford, Westmeath, Wexford, Wicklow.
Three-Step Shipping Process: To complete your photo scanning order, we use a three-step shipping process:
- Delivery of Empty Box - Upon placing your order, we will promptly send you an empty box along with pre-paid shipping. This box is specifically designed to securely accommodate your photo collection.
- Returning the Filled Box - Once you have packed your photos into the provided box, you can conveniently use the included free return label to ship it back to us. Rest assured, the return shipping cost is fully covered by us.
- Delivery of Digitised Photos - After successfully scanning your precious memories, we will ship the box of your original photos and newly digitised copies back to you.
Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all three steps of the process. There are no additional shipping charges for the delivery of the empty box to your location, the return shipment of your filled box to us, or the delivery of your digitised photos back to your doorstep anywhere in Republic of Ireland. We have a expedited shipping option if you'd like your box shipped faster for an additional fee.
Courier of Choice - UPS: For reliable and secure shipping services, we have partnered with UPS as our preferred courier. UPS is known for its excellent track record in handling packages with care and ensuring timely deliveries.
Signature on Delivery: To add an extra layer of security to your shipments, UPS always requires a signature upon delivery. This measure ensures that your precious photo collection is delivered directly to your hands, minimising the risk of misplacement or unauthorised receipt.
FREE TRIAL Shipping Process: For our Free Trial service, we use a different shipping method:
- After confirmation of your interest, we will provide you with our delivery address.
- You are responsible for placing your 3 photos in an envelope and posting them to us.
- Once we receive your photos, we will clean, scan, and verify their quality.
- Your original photos will be returned to you via letter post with An Post OR we'll keep them if you decide to go for a larger order, and return them to you together. If you prefer tracked shipping for the return of your photos, this service is available at an additional cost.
- We will send you a digital link to view and download your scanned photos.
Please note that for Free Trial orders, we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. We recommend using a secure envelope and considering tracked delivery for your peace of mind. While we handle all photos with the utmost care, Photo Scans Ireland reserves the right to refuse service and may modify the terms or cancel the free trial offer without notice.
