We monitor each scan to ensure there are no visible dust particles or imperfections. If one gets through, we clean the photo with compressed air and re-scan it.
We can in 600dpi, which is higher than other services (they mostly use 150dpi or 300dpi).

We scan your photos as if they're landscape/horizontal images. So for those that are portrait, we manually flip them up the correct way afterwards. It's a time intensive process, that some companies charge extra for, but it's always included with our premium service.

Common questions
How long does it take?
Digitizing analog media requires a careful balance of art and science. Processing times can vary based on the size of your order, the type of media you send in, and the level of demand at the time.
At this time, processing takes about 2-3 weeks.
What if I am unsure about the total count of my images?
It's no problem! We'd love to help digitise all the photos in your collection.
We allow 10% leeway. So take the amount of photos that you paid for and increase it by 10%. Consider that included!
If you do send in more items, we'll send a quick invoice to you.
What do I get back?
Once we finish scanning your photos, your originals will be promptly shipped back to you.
You will also send an email with a link to view all your new digital scans. You can download onto any device without limits, for 30 days - included free with your order.
You can choose to add on a USB Drive pre-loaded with your new digital scans at the time of ordering, or anytime after (within 30 days). It's a useful secure backup, and for sharing with family and friends.
